Andreas Lindemann is a sought-after leadership advisor with more than twenty years of hands-on experience creating durable, tangible change in complex organisations. He holds an MSc in Political Science and a Master's in organisational psychology
- a combination that gives him a sharp eye for both strategy and human dynamics.
Andreas has led the development and implementation of strategies and change initiatives in both public and private organisations - including regions, central government, a wide range of municipalities, Colas, NCC and international companies. He has also been a researcher at VIVE and an internal consultant at the Danish National Police.
Whatever the context, he works toward one goal: building change capacity
- that is, making an organisation stronger so it can meet new challenges and change - and creating movement in the day-to-day. With equal parts strategic planning and organisational-psychology insight, Andreas helps organisations make sure their ambitions turn into concrete behaviour.
He is the author of the book Hverdagsimplementering (Dansk Psykologisk Forlag), which has been awarded four stars in both Børsen and InsideBusiness.
