Andreas Lindemann is a sought-after leadership advisor with more than twenty years of hands-on experience creating durable, tangible change in complex organisations. He holds an MSc in Political Science (cand.scient.pol.) and a Master’s in Organisational Psychology - a combination that gives him a sharp eye for both strategy and human dynamics.
Andreas has led the development and implementation of strategies and change initiatives across both public and private organisations - including regions, central government, a wide range of municipalities, Colas, NCC and international companies. He has also been a researcher at VIVE and an in-house consultant at the Danish National Police.
Whatever the context, he works toward one goal: building change capacity - making an organisation stronger so it can meet new challenges and changes - and creating real movement in the day-to-day. With equal parts strategic planning and organisational-psychology insight, Andreas helps organisations turn ambition into concrete behaviour.
He is the author of Hverdagsimplementering (Dansk Psykologisk Forlag), awarded four stars in both Børsen and InsideBusiness.
