Why Gradvis?
Gradvis is our name for the simple reason that if an organisation's development is to live in your culture, then it has to happen gradually. In small, well-chosen steps, with deep respect for the culture it is to work in and the people it is to work for and with.
To be wise is to have insight, understanding and good judgement. With all due immodesty, those are exactly the three things we bring to organisation and leadership development - experience, broad knowledge, and both professional and psychological judgement.
When ambition has to turn into action
We always take a whole-organisation perspective, wherever in the organisation we arrive - and we do NOT presume to know better. We are not in love with one approach to organisational development, but with the combination of several. We are there as partners all the way from design and communication through concrete execution to training and follow-up.
