We dream of building valuable, meaningful working communities that create value for their customers and their customers’ customers - whether those are citizens, partners or clients. We challenge the status quo and lay the foundation for a better working life for our children and the generations that follow.

Everything we do is rooted in solid research, and our aim is always to move people - and with them, behaviour - inside organisations. Our clients know us for a pragmatic, hands-on approach, full of energy and concrete action.

Why “Gradvis”?

“Gradvis” is Danish for gradually. We chose the name for a simple reason: if your organisation’s development is going to live in your culture, it has to happen step by step. In small, well-chosen moves, with deep respect for the culture it has to work in and the people it has to work for and with.

To be wise is to have insight, understanding and good judgement. With all due immodesty, those are exactly the three things we bring to organisation and leadership development - experience, broad knowledge, and both professional and psychological judgement.

When ambition has to turn into action

We always keep a whole-organisation perspective, no matter where in the hierarchy we’re working - and we do NOT pretend to know better than you. We aren’t wedded to a single method for organisational development; we use the combination that fits. We stay on as partners all the way from design and communication through execution, training and follow-up.

We advise and train executives, leaders and employees alike. So everything we do is tailored to the day-to-day reality of your organisation - informed, where useful, by what we know works in similar organisations or cultures.
