Ann Graugaard Pedersen is an experienced advisor with more than twenty years of practice in organisational change, capability building and capacity development across both public and private sector organisations. With a background as cand.mag. (MA) in communication, she combines sharp strategic thinking with a deep feel for relationships, processes and embedding.

Ann helps organisations unlock the potential of strong working communities - always keeping both the strategic direction and the everyday reality in which change has to live in view. Her approach is rooted in solid research-based knowledge, but she also knows that what works has to be shaped by context.

She has, among other things, led the development and implementation of cultural change programmes in both public and private organisations, built and trained project capabilities across organisational levels, and provided one-to-one sparring and supervision for project leaders. Her clients have included companies in construction and architecture, banks, ministries, regions and municipalities, plus NGOs and community-housing initiatives.

Ann is the author of Dit personlige projektlederskab (Samfundslitteratur), awarded four stars in Jyllands-Posten.
