Ann Graugaard Pedersen is an experienced advisor with more than twenty years of practice in organisational change, capability development and capacity building in both public and private organisations. With a background as an MA in communication, she combines sharp strategic thinking with a deep understanding of relationships, processes and embedding.

Ann helps organisations unlock the potential of strong working communities - always with an eye to both the strategic direction and the everyday reality in which the changes have to live. Her approach is rooted in solid research-based knowledge, but she also knows that what works has to be shaped by context.

Among other things, she has led the development and implementation of cultural change initiatives in both public and private organisations, the development and training of project capabilities across organisational levels, and personal sparring and supervision for project leaders. Among those she has worked for are clients in the construction and architecture sector, banks, ministries, regions and municipalities, as well as NGOs and community-housing initiatives.

Ann is the author of the book Dit personlige projektlederskab (Samfundslitteratur), which has been awarded four stars in Jyllands-Posten.
