The Theory and Practice of Change Management
The overview one
This is the textbook for you if you want an overview of change management. It gives a thorough introduction from A to Z to the topics that concern change management and - as in other textbooks - you get an overview of the development of theory in each of the areas the book covers. On top of this, a wealth of two-by-two tables, case studies, exercises and a summary after each of the 25 chapters that the book spans.
For us it is a dream of a book. It encompasses, so to speak, the whole lot. It is great to look things up in when you need good advice in the middle of a change, it has a multitude of source references, and it provides an overview. At the same time there are a number of exercises along the way in each chapter that help you to map out and work with your own change. It is the perfect book for a change-management nerd.
